Within 72 hours: You may be able to get a refund for ePSXe for Android if it is not working for you or no matching your requirements. Email us to the contact support to epsxeandroid@gmail.com asking for the refund, including in the email the ORDER ID or using the email address used to purchase the app.
3 to 7 days: Contact us to epsxeandroid@gmail.com about technical support and we study your request offering you a respond or a refund if we do not provide a response to your request.
After 7 days: Contact us to epsxeandroid@gmail.com about technical support, we will study your request offering you a response, but we will do not refund the product unless the services are defective, unavailable, or don’t perform as stated. (Note: ePSXe is not offering 100% compatibility with all of ps1 games as stated in the product description page).
Note: You can only return an app or game for a refund once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund. If a refund is issued you will lose access to the item.
